As a floral designer who has worked at several venues with many wedding coordinators in Kentucky and Ohio, I can say that Narnia Soles is head and shoulders above the rest!!! Narnia is beyond competent… she brings a sense of ease to all vendors and especially the bride and the bridal party. She is in perfect control of all responsibilities given to her. She is also incredibly kind, lots and lots of fun, and willing to lend a hand to help in anyway necessary to make the wedding and reception seamless and beautiful. I’ve seen her work in different capacities. She can be just a “day-of” coordinator but that really under utilizes her capabilities. How she can best serve the bride and groom is in helping plan from connect with vendors, from florals to food and all those details to make that very stressful event completely perfect and enjoyable!!! I think my very favorite thing about Narnia is how she treats all those around her. From the servers to the vendors to the bridal party, she treats them with dignity, humility, and respect. She connects very naturally with all around her making the experience of creating that perfect day just so much fun!!! Hiring Narnia is the best money a bride and groom can spend, believe me!!!

Our wedding day would not have been the same without Narnia and her team! She went above and beyond to ensure that both I, as well as my mom and sisters, had a stress-free and perfect day. She arrived to the venue early, ensured we stayed on schedule with hair and makeup, efficiently helped the groomsmen with their boutonnieres, communicated with all my vendors on their arrival times, made sure the rings made it to the best man, helped transport my veil and our bouquets to the church and back, kept the entire day ahead of schedule, quickly bustled my wedding dress, was ready with welcome cocktails for me and the groom, checked in on our bridal parties even ensuring they had drink refills, packed up our items at the end of the night, and so much more! She has awesome energy, and several people from our bridal party went out of their way to tell us how amazing Narnia made the day and entire weekend for them too. She was also so helpful leading up to the day, and took a lot of the pre-planning stress off my hands so I could enjoy the time!

“That Narnia really knows what she is doing,” is a comment we received many times after our family and friends met her at our rehearsal. In just 30 minutes, Narnia was able to put a lot of nerves at ease and instill confidence in us, our wedding party, family and first-time pastor that the following wedding day was going to be wonderful. During the wedding day, Narnia was on top of every detail. After all her hard work throughout the morning and afternoon, it started to rain on our outdoor ceremony about 20 minutes before it was supposed to start. In just that short amount of time, Narnia was able to get the venue’s ballroom where our reception was being held flipped into a gorgeous ceremony space. In just 20 MINUTES! I was honestly upset about not getting the outdoor ceremony we have been envisioning but what Narnia did with the space inside was perfect. And while we took pictures, she worked to put the space back to be how it originally was for the reception while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour. As the newly married couple, we never were left wanting for anything. Narnia ensured we got some appetizers, ate, had champagne for toasts and were enjoying ourselves all the way up to the end. It was truly a perfect day and was all possible because we had Narnia making it that way for us. The days after our wedding we kept receiving compliments about how seamless the transition inside for the ceremony was, how beautifully everything was decorated, and how well organized the whole event was. My cousin who had a wedding shortly after was envious that we had someone like Narnia to take care of everything. We are eternally thankful to Narnia for all her hard work and dedication to our wedding day and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to entrust with planning your special day.

Narnia and her team were AMAZING to work with!! Narnia met with us twice before our wedding and reached out to our vendors. This was so nice to have before the wedding! We had Olivia as our day of coordinator and I felt so at ease with everything. Olivia grabbed me some last minute necessities the morning of, without even batting an eye. She helped me after the ceremony to cool down and got some pesky spray tan stains out of my dress! Olivia made sure the entire day ran smoothly and I had to worry about absolutely nothing. We were both able to enjoy our day so much because of Narnia and her team. Thank you, thank you!

Partnering with Narnia and the Blush & Bowtie Weddings was THE BEST thing I did for myself at the beginning of the wedding planning journey! She immediately gave me peace of mind during our first conversation that we would be in good hands. Although I booked the coordinating services where most of the work kicks up a couple months out from the wedding, Narnia was available for questions and advice very far in advance which I appreciated. She knew exactly what vision and vibe we were going for and helped bring it to life with ease. On the wedding day, everyone was stress free all day because Narnia was hustling for all of us. She kept the day moving along smoothly, and when we ran a little behind she came up with swift solutions to keep things on track without anyone knowing the difference. A class act and true expert in the field! Everyone had so much fun and complimented us on how well-planned the day was–I owe that to Narnia!

The entire team at Blush and Bowtie went absolutely above and beyond for our wedding day! I had heard great things about their team even before I inquired about the day of planning package for my wedding. All of my expectations were blown out of the water!! There incredible team of people went above and beyond, took on different challenges throughout the day, and did everything with a smile. I cannot recommend Blush and Bowtie enough! Their wonderful team allowed my husband, family, and in laws enjoy the day with ease. Also a special thanks to Narnia, Kaeli, Sara & Ella. I have ever felt so at ease and comfortable with a group of people. They were able to make my vision come to life. I am so beyond grateful for everything.
